* Field Trip Request form  should be used to gain building level approval for your KDT trip. Please note that all KDT! trips have been approved by the district and do not need to be approved downtown.  Your school secretary will use this information to order the bus for you. Feel free to call transportation 607 274 2128 to help you figure out how much time it will take to get to your KDT! site. If you are taking a trip with another class, Please remember to only have one teacher order the bus, so you don't end up with multiple buses.

* Please use this field trip permission form (pdf) or as a word doc so that parents can be better informed of our program. You may also use a school based permission form.
